Well, here I sit in the lobby/waiting area, several hours of surgery yet to go. I would be great if Moffitt Hospital at UCSF had WiFi.
JK is in surgery. I had a brief conversation with the respective doctor types in the preop area. They seem to know what’s what. Naturally they wouldn’t let me watch — I had to ask even though I knew the answer. I wouldn’t let them into my OR either.
Unfortunately even the pay phones around here don’t have data ports. Can’t even use dialup. Bummer. I’ll have to wait till I get back to the hotel, later, or wait till I get home tomorrow. Dialup at the hotel doesn’t sound too exciting but you take what you can get.
