Archives done right

Hooray for #256. Matt’s got Squib doing archives a better way.

$homepage/YYYY/index.html gives a listing of the yearly archive with links for the months containing posts. A click on one of the links, $homepage/YYYY/MM/ will display a page containing all the posts for that month.

Personally I think instead of a yearly page, or in addition to it, we need a whole blog page that displays the years with months as links. Sort of a whole blog compiled version of the year page. Something similar to the All-Posts Page, but without titles.

Matt, what do ya think?
