I’m just testing the iPhone posting with the new 1Password integration. I can only say one thing. Awesome.
Well, here I am switched over to WordPress. It’s not a complete transition yet as I still have to configure MarsEdit and wait to turn over hosting of my main site to myself so this can go in the correct place. But so far so good.

I just came across VirtualHostX. It took me a bit less than 5 minutes to register it. Man I love simple little apps that do one thing and do it well.
In case you didn’t know or were wondering, using TPA in the trauma patient isn’t a good idea. It’s especially bad when the path of the bullet went across to top of the liver. And before you ask, yes there was a vascular injury and yes a vascular surgeon used the TPA.
