I sent a copy of the dashboard tool to Adam Curry. He made mention in his blog that he might have a use for the dashboard stuff. Hopefully he’ll send back some comments if he does.

I updated the website dashboard tool now simply called dashboard. It still has a few things left to do but it works, though is a bit quirky at times. I’ll send it to Dann for comments.

I just finished converting Dann Sheridan’s very neat website dashboard to a tool. I hope it makes installation, distribution, and updating simpler to manage. I’m waiting for Dann’s comments.

Sometimes I feel like I’m in a vacuum. Spouting out loads of stuff and not hearing any reponses. I guess that’s the point of a weblog, you don’t expect a response. Just someone to listen. Very theraputic at times.

The interesting side-light about writing this Root Updates Report tool is that I can’t wait for updates to happen so I can see what the output looks like. Interestingly, the update info gives info for all the previous updates to that root update. Very nice. I hate to say it but this tool really only…
