My grandmother, Ruth Fragen, was 102. Grandma died this evening. It is both a sad event and blessing. She hasn’t really been conscious for the past 6 or 7 years since suffering a stroke.
Grandma was a lovely person. A lawyer who never practiced and an accomplished violinist. I only wish that my children had been able to interact with her and could have known her as I had.
