I have to give great kudos to Wendy of the Verizon Business DSL technical support department. She helped me with a very convoluted problem and had the decency not even to agree with me when I told her I probably caused it in the first place. We spent about an hour and a half straightening out my DSL modem Router communication. A couple of restarts of various devices later and all was well.
