I went to go pick up some of the photos that I was having printed. I was a bit shocked to find that the company went ahead and cropped each of the images that I submitted to fit into the 8 x 10 size that I’d ordered. I was dumbfounded. I didn’t want my images cropped any more than I’d already done. I certainly didn’t expect them to crop them without asking.
Needless to say they are being reprinted at full size, 6 x 9, for a standard 35mm style image is what fits on an 8 x 10 sheet of photo paper. I’m glad I was able to give them more specific instructions for the 16 images I’m having printed on canvas.
