If things come in three I’m waiting for the next incident. I say this because I just received a call from my parents, who are currently in Utah skiing.
It seems that my mother fell while skiing and broke her arm. For the technically inclined, I’ve been told that she has fractured the [humerus through the surgical head][1]. Bear in mind I haven’t actually seen my mother’s x-rays.
She’s doing as well as can be expected. Naturally it hurts. I’m told that if it’s not terribly displaced the treatment is non-surgical.
It all brings about the question. “What’s next?”
